Strengths and weaknesses in selling
Strengths and weaknesses in selling stand at the beginning of any sensible training plan. In conversations and training sessions we establish what comes easily to you in selling and where things stall. We then work on the points that make the biggest difference. In doing so we examine which sales situation calls for which improvement: a presentation requires different skills than the actual sales conversation. The findings feed directly into the further training modules.
What sets us apart
- 1Baseline firstBefore training comes measurement. The baseline is the starting point.
- 2Targeted, not broadWe work on the points that make the biggest difference, not on everything at once.

Our services
The baseline
Starting point of the work- Established. We establish your strengths and weaknesses in selling.
- Foundation. Only then are measures decided on.
- Factual. The result names strengths as well as weaknesses.
Conversations and training sessions
Two routes to the findings- In conversation. Part of the picture comes from direct discussion.
- In practice. The rest emerges in training sessions.
- Brought together. Both produce the picture we work from.
Which situation, which skill
Not all selling is alike- Different demands. A presentation requires different skills than the sales conversation.
- Examined. We examine which sales situation calls for which improvement.
- Fitted. The training follows that allocation.
Setting priorities
Where the leverage is greatest- Selection. We work on the points that make the biggest difference.
- Order. Not everything at once, but one after another.
- Effect. Effort stays in proportion to the result.
Into the training modules
Findings are carried forward- Fed in directly. The findings feed into the further training modules.
- Not a stand-alone. The analysis does not sit on its own.
- Choice of format. The findings also show whether group or individual work fits.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer individual coaching or group training?
Both. Which format makes sense depends on the sales situation you want to work on. Speaking situations we train in groups and one to one, price negotiations often one to one. The formats can be combined.
Which speaking situations do you prepare for?
The ones that actually occur in legal practice: lectures, sales presentations to prospective or existing clients, and opening and closing arguments in court. All of them improve considerably through practice scenarios and feedback.
