Claude Cowork training for law firms

A conventional AI chat answers questions. Claude Cowork handles multi-step tasks: it works with the folders you share and the applications you connect, reads and creates Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files, and delivers a result for your review. For a law firm, this means preparatory work that today takes many hours can be handed off — provided you know how to frame the task and where the limits are.

We train live online, as a team or one-to-one, and on request set up ready-to-use workflows for your firm.

A note on the name: Since 16 September 2026, Anthropic has been gradually merging Cowork and chat into a single app, “Claude”, starting with the Pro and Max plans; further plans will follow; Enterprise admins will be informed in advance. After the switch, Cowork features can be used from Claude conversations; feature availability continues to depend on the subscription plan, platform and access permissions.

Where you stay in control

Shared foldersClaude’s access depends on the folders, applications and connectors you authorise and on the permissions in use.
Deletion only with consentAccording to Anthropic, Claude requires your explicit permission before permanently deleting any files.
Write access in Microsoft 365According to Anthropic, the Microsoft 365 connector is read-only by default; write access must be enabled.
Permission modesYou decide when Claude asks for permission; admins on Team and Enterprise can switch off Auto mode.

Frequently asked questions about Claude Cowork training

What is Claude Cowork?

Claude Cowork is the way of working in which Claude, Anthropic’s AI system, takes on tasks: Claude can access authorised folders and connected tools, subject to the relevant permissions, and can read, edit and create files — and so complete multi-step tasks on its own.

Which licence do we need?

Claude Cowork is available on paid Claude plans, including Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Features and availability vary by plan and platform. Current subscription details are available at claude.com/pricing.

What is a skill?

According to Anthropic, skills extend Claude’s capabilities with specialised knowledge and workflows. Claude determines from your request when a skill is needed; you can create and upload your own skills.

May client documents go into Claude?

That is your firm’s decision, and we do not take it for you. In the training we show how access is limited to individual folders, which settings exist and how to set up an internal rule for it.

Does Claude Cowork replace our practice management software?

No. Claude works with the files and applications you already use and delivers results back into them.

How much does Claude Cowork training cost?

That depends on the format and number of participants. After a free initial meeting you will receive an individual offer.
