From November 2026 to October 2027, law firms in Germany face 320 submissions to rankings and awards. Each practice area counts as a separate submission. The peak month is June 2027.

How the year breaks down
Each submission is counted in the month of its deadline. In June alone, 123 submissions fall due. That is 38 percent of the year.
The reason is Leaders League: 113 practice areas share a single deadline on 19 June. No deadline falls in April.

Where the volume comes from
Leaders League accounts for 123 practice areas, more than a third of all submissions.
Next come Chambers Germany with 40, JUVE with 32 across three dates and Legal 500 Germany with 30.
55 submissions are for awards, such as the IFLR Awards Europe and The Lawyer Awards Europe.
What the workload means
As in 2024, we assume 10 hours per submission. That makes 3,200 hours or 400 working days.
Partner time is not included. No firm submits everywhere. The figure shows the size of the market.
For 2024/25 we had counted 290 submissions.
