Best Lawyers, the new owner of Chambers, announced a significant change to its own research methodology last week.
From now on, the ranking will – like Chambers – also include Mattern via submissions.

Important updates for Chambers Germany 2025 taken from Chambers:
Capital Markets: Mid-Market. Please upload your submission only to either Capital Markets (Capital Markets) or Capital Markets: Mid-Market (Capital Markets: Mid-Market).
Competition/European Law: Litigation (Competition/European Law: Litigation). Please note that this service should be included in your submission for “Competition/European Law”.
Intellectual Property: Patent Attorney: Administrative Law (Intellectual Property: Patent Attorney: Contentious)
For the Chambers Germany 2025 Guide, you can now enter up to 30 references per area, previously there were only 20.
Client Referee questionnaires can now be sent directly from the law firm to the client referees.
The ranking for Germany will be updated with new results on 14.02.2024.
JUVE has presented all deadlines for the new 2024/25 submission season at once for the first time. There are some drastic changes.
Like Chambers, JUVE will now research different areas of law on three different dates. In addition, the new year will start in October 2024 (!).
From now on, the ranking will – like Chambers – also include Mattern via submissions.
